Booking Details & What to Expect
Retainer & Payment To reserve your session, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at booking, with the remaining balance due on your session day.
Location & Travel Sessions take place at a location of your choice within a 15-mile radius of Carlsbad. If you'd like to venture beyond that, additional travel fees may apply.
Session Size Each session includes up to 5 people. We charge $25 for each additional family member.
Timing We usually schedule sessions about an hour before sunset — that's when the natural light is at its best for those warm, glowing photos. Morning sessions are available too if that works better for your schedule.
Availability Because demand is high, I recommend booking several months in advance to secure your ideal date and time. Dates fill up fast, especially during peak family photo season!
