Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling & Cancellations Should an unforeseen circumstance or illness prevent your photo session, you have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your session without incurring any penalties if you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled shoot. If you choose to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your session, a $75 cancellation or rescheduling fee will be applied, billed to your credit card on file or invoiced if no card information is on record. For prepaid sessions, if you cancel, you will receive a refund minus the $75 cancellation fee, and if you reschedule, the session fee will be retained as payment toward the rescheduled session or refunded upon request. Please be aware that the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to circumstances beyond their control, including illness, adverse weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or other unexpected events.
